About us
Helen Poon
As a founder of the firm, more than 20 years ago, Helen Poon oversees the sales and operations of the business in addition to working directly with clients. Helen serves as an outsourced CFO to several companies managing overall P&L activity, cash management, including cash investments, strategic sourcing, budgeting & forecasting, banking relationships, debt vs. equity financing, and working with clients to maximize profits and prepare for continued growth. Helen is a NYS CPA and a Certified CFO. She received her MBA from Columbia University’s Graduate School of Business and her BS from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
